1 A compiler of the National Institute of Compilation and Translation falls within the scope of government employment. A member of the Control Yuan cannot serve concurrently as a member of the Control Yuan and the compiler of the National Institute of Compilation and Translation under the provisions of the Organic Act of the National Institute of Compilation and Translation.
